At Chubb, we are constantly investing in ways to improve the experience for our independent agents and brokers. We listened to your feedback, and we will be updating the policy paper delivery settings for our Recreational Marine policies in our ORCA system.
Beginning June 26, 2022, we will no longer print and mail Producer Copies of Recreational Marine policy documents directly to agents. We will also cease sending Client, Additional Interest, and Loss Payee/Loss Payee copies to agents as well.
Instead, policy documents will now be delivered as follows:

Producer/Agent: The Producer and Agent copies will be posted to the Agent Portal in the MyAlerts and the client-centric dashboard. |

Insured/Client: We will print and mail directly to the insured mailing address on file. |
• |
Additional Interest: We will print and mail directly to the Additional Interest address on file (if applicable). |
• |
Loss Payee: We will print and mail directly to the Loss Payee address on file (if applicable). |
These changes will help save our agents time and costs associated with redistributing copies of Recreational Marine policy documents to the appropriate parties.
If a policy needs to be updated with a new mailing address, please submit a policy change request to our Recreational Marine Operations team at Recreational.Marine@chubb.com.
